The location was good. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable
The toilet was out of order in my room on my arrival and cause a leakage to my room but the staff did not offer me to change my room. I had to ask them.

Wonderful
Location to Shinsegea and Lotte Mall was a big plus. Getting food was not an issue with Food halls in the malls, convenience shops n restaurants downstairs. Gym was well equipped and also enough lifts to service the rooms. Coin operated laundry facilities was a bonus too.
